Privacy Policy for Beautymates Skin Analysis

To use the Beautymates skin analysis function, you must be at least 16 years old and agree to the following terms and conditions. You can use the skin analysis function via our web services. This is an online service that is able to analyze skin aging based on an image using artificial intelligence. The uploaded image is analyzed and you are then shown your skin results and personalized skin care. The image collected via this service is only used to perform the skin analysis. Your photo is cached on Beautymates' servers and then transferred to the MEGVII service (Beijing Kuangshi Technology Co., Ltd. | ICP No.12036813-4, 3rd Floor, Raycom Info Tech Tower A No. 2 Kexueyuan South Road, Beijing) to perform the analysis. Immediately after the analysis is completed, your photo will be deleted from Beautymates. Please note: The photo will be stored and used by MEGVII for internal use, e.g. improving their AI and improving other software.

(3) MEGVII is entitled to store the user data and use such data for internal research of MEGVII and its affiliates so as to improve the accuracy of human identification, update the algorithm, and improve our products and services.
