Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Beauty Mates GmbH, Taunusstraße 23a, 80807 Munich, Germany, e-mail: support@beautymatesde.zendesk.de.) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods immediately and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract.
Returns can only be sent to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
We bear the costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.

Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

General information

1. Please avoid damaging or contaminating the goods. Please return the goods to us in their original packaging with all accessories and packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against transport damage.
2. Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3. Please note that the above paragraphs 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
   
   

Returns from abroad

The German right of withdrawal applies equally abroad. An order can be returned to Beauty Mates GmbH at your own expense subject to compliance with the defined deadlines (see GTC §5 Cancellation policy).
